Sounds extremely safe and not at all creepy! But I mean that's the whole department store right now, so might as well also have access to water on top of it.

EDIT: It looks like the plumbing can be accessed behind the customer service desk via the employee breakroom, if we can figure out how to either break down the doors or get through the chains and padlocks! Could be a nice combo mission with getting to the customer service desks in the first place.
