Please be his weird unwilling friend...at the end of the day, really, it's the people you're scared to get into cars with.

But it's probably pretty easy to assume Edward's done his dumb mini social experiments around town and would benefit from a Thoroughly Normal and Upstanding member of the community around to tell him when it may perhaps really be time to reel it the fuck in.

AHAHAHAHAAH YES, and I'd love to preserve his "that doesn't sound right but I don't know enough about television to dispute it" reaction. (ALSO I hope to one day tag that thread again...)
