Is it okay if Bucky just squints at him and goes 'you're Russian' (privately of course) I mean, whether or not that leads to Vasya finding out more about the shady one armed American boy's past, we can let that grow where it goes?

Also help with shoveling or anything that just works better with two hands... yes please...

Ohhh I love both of these. And then ofc unlike Nikolay I think Vasiliy might be touchy about it at first because even though he doesn't mean it offensively his kneejerk reaction to commentary about his nationality/ethnicity after living in the US for a year is very "no shit I have an accent and don't speak English on a native proficiency level, thank you for noticing" but in the long run? I think he'll be glad to talk to people with some knowledge of his culture outside of "If Communism Wins" propaganda posters.

Also yess would love to have him help out!!
